Black Screen still exists

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted saves, triple-checked compatibility, launched through several methods, updated both nvidia and AMD drivers (not sure why I have both, but I'm not sure which it's using so I did both), installed on C and D drives, and except for one miracle I've been unable to reproduce, it just stays on a black screen forever.

I'm using valve index, if that's important

Hello there! Sorry to hear this, and thank you for providing so much information. The next thing we need to do is look at your output log. Please email us at owlchemysupport@google.com. If you installed CH to the default location, that log will be located here:

Sent the log by email shortly after getting the reply
While waiting for dev response I have tried
- Using different power plans
- Quadruple checking minimum specs
- Updating drivers in a different order
- Launching the exe as admin
- Launching steam as admin
- Both at the same time
- Reconfiguring room setup
-Set -vrmode Index in launch settings
None of these have fixed it either

I am also having this. Every single time you close the game it cannot be relaunched until you delete the save.

It is driving my kids insane.

The fourth year since the release of the game was coming to an end, the problem has not gone away. Developers – you are the best!
