i will play it for the first time and i heard its difficult game and dose the game have so much nudity?

Can i get a hint for that Safe puzzle? I have tuned in the radio, but the safe seem to hate me anyways.

I'm at the beginning where the Mannequin stops with the light in the corridor door and you have to run to the right to unlock the door to get into the safe room. I do the heart beat thing, Hold LT, Y and B a bar comes up, wait till it gets into the middle press RT to keep it in the middle. I've done this many times now and I still get caught.
