and if its a newer headset this game probably doens't have support for your headset...at all.
ive never even heard of most vr games having support for whatever "crystal light" is..

you might have just bought an incompatible game with said headset.
if you're headset is newer in the market, you'll have to stick to what games it has on it, rather then out side of it.
many newer headsets haven't been implemented into video games or given proper support, maybe down the line? sorta like how index needs support for controllers on some games. but they have to "implement" or have a "community bindings" do all the work.
