I have also had this problem for a long time, writing to support did not help. I also downloaded a lot of pirated games, as well as an error at startup...But today I found another resource, downloaded it and oh gods it started! I played on PSVR2 everything works correctly including controllers.. It seems like you can't leave links here, write to whom you need to send the address to the working version...

Just rocked up here to say the same thing. Wow, how can Rockstar make a fail this huge.

Honestly i doubt they'll do anything. The best thing to do would be reporting the title on the steam store for Broken product to have it taken down. One of two things will happen... Either they'll Fix it or they'll remove it from the store which will save people from wasting their money.

You need to inform CS team that they need to renew the DRM license for the game to work again.

That’s how I did it few years ago

This issue has persisted since July at the latest. They have no intent to resolve the issue. You can get a refund if you spam their customer support daily for months, or engage in arbitration. They offer no other remedy, and have made no effort to resolve the issue.

Cant really pirate it , the one file I got working would just load black screen launcher , and steam won't refund U but rockstar will if U talk to them. Good news is that the game is no longer available to purchase if U search it
