Activation code already used Now can't play the game at all?????

I read that others have this issue too, some stated that right clicking steam and running as admin sorts it...... but Mine straight up does not work. I paid full price at launch to support RockStar but now I finally get around to loading in I am met with a failed activation notification. This needs resolving ASAP. This is not a singular issue This requires corrective action from Rock*

Ran into the same problem a day ago Close Steam > Launch Steam as Administator > Launch LA Noire worked for me

I just had the same issue. I was able to get around it by starting up steam VR and launching the game from inside VR.

EDIT: Never mind, now im getting it again, and still cant play the game. Nothing i have tried seems to work anymore.

I tried running as admin with no luck. It really doesn't paint the game in a good light if I keep telling people how awesome it is, and then every time they come over it doesn't work
