Does it work on psvr2?

I got a new VR system, an HP Reverb G2, which works using the MS OpenXR plugin in Steam. Although Skybox detects button presses and thumbstick motion, it does not seem to know where the hand controllers are pointing, and has switched to "look to point" mode. Unfortunately this mode can't scroll through my videos list; if I use the controller thumbstick to try to scroll it just zooms to the bottom of the list, and the "look to point" doesn't scroll at all.
