Anyone else had this problem? After I complete the post office chase sequence and jump into the hole Edward says "it feels like emptiness" and then I get a black screen forever.

I can still pause the game and quit out, but reloading does nothing. Closing the game and re-trying also doesn't work and that exhausts all my ideas of what to do aside from trying a new game. Which I 1000% don't want to do.

Edit: I also lowered every setting I could think of in the graphics.
