We're seeing reports of players with the same issue as you that have been able to get it to work by starting BrokenGround.exe in win7 mode.
Apologies for the problems, these did not come up during our testing so we're doing our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

I wont be going throw that kinda trouble to play it but thank you very much for replying.

its not a huge trouble but a player shouldnt have to do any of that to get a game working lol

When Vista came out we had to use WinXP comp mode on many programs, it's perfectly normal.

and not everyone used Vista, like I said I myself have no issues doing things like that but its not normal for people to have to go through that to play a game even it being simple, Sadly a lot of people dont care to do all that and I can somewhat agree to why.

Hi, we believe this issue is now solved. We have not had any more reports since our most recent attempted fix and some people have said that it works for them now. Please let us know if you're still having trouble.
