There are 6 undocumented items.

Devil Jewel - Bring a beautiful jewel into the poison bog inside of Grottee Marsh. You can buy them from the room that opens after you obtain all the achievements or obtain one from getting an orb off of a Draggin and letting it run out of durability.

Devil Sword - Use the blacksmith badge with a pretty stone, a devil jewel, and a Hero Sword.

Devil Axe - Use the blacksmith badge with a pretty stone, a devil jewel, and a Big♥♥♥♥♥Ax.

Devil Seed - Take one of each seed into the bog together.

Rainbow Seed - Get electrocuted by a thunder cloud while holding one of each seed.

How can I make devil's sword / axe? I have all the materials I need, but I don't know how to use them

Once you have all the items in your inventory, set yourself on fire by doing something like sitting on a torch.

Also, you can use a Sage Staff, Pretty Stone, and Devil Jewel to make a Devil Staff. I'm trying to do the same to the claws and bat as well, but it doesn't look like it works.
