Your update may have incorrectly configured your drivers for 3D acceleration on your video card. It is common for Windows Update to replace the vendor's drivers with Microsoft's, which often disable some features.
Check video drivers installation, try to reinstall them from the vendor's official packages and verify if it supports OpenGL 3.2

I tryed searching a bit of info about OpenGL (i'm not good at all about technical problems). After downloading OpenGL Extensions Viewer, the app says the OpenGL is at v 4.6. I then tryed to update the video card:

Before: Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650/PCIe/SSE2
version: 30.0.15.1278

After: Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650/PCIe/SSE2
version: 31.0.15.1694

But even with that, the game still refuse to launch.

I also have this other video card that show in the peripheral manager:
Video card: AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics
version: 27.20.22025.2003

Not sure how it work when there is 2 video cards, but i'm assuming the game automatically chosoe NVIDIA for me.

Game just uses the OpenGL that operating system (Windows) makes available, it should work with either cards, if their drivers are correctly installed.
One approach to solve could be reverting the updates one by one in order to get your machine back to a working state.
So far, we are unable to reproduce your scenario or this issue.

I just tryed desinstalling the game, then re-installing again. For some reason, the game seem to work correctly now. Still no idea how the problem started. Still, thanks for trying to help.

I have this problem as well, so far putting the MDMP error file in an online viewer I'm more confused as to what i am seeing but looking in _error.log.txt it shows
{ Could not open "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\MagicRampage\com.magicrampage.baseApiUrl.stale" for loading stale data. }

The current temporary solution is to
click on properties either by clicking the gear icon or right-click on the game on the right side menu.
from properties, click on beta and opt in the beta.
Then launch the game. Seriously that's it. This came from the man himself in the Portuguese board. Google Translate is accurate here, with better instructed step by step process.
