is the editor a part of what you get?

If not, has BD expressed an interest in doing this? or is it a heck no kind of thing? I would love to build on the go with a tablet.

No Android editor, or any prospect of one AFAIK.

The nearest thing was using the toolset on the PC then testing on Android.

That no longer works because Android is on an earlier release of NWN which won't run modules or saves created on the PC (unless you hack them on the PC first).
