Aspyr Support - Just Nope. I don't want to login to some external garbage in order to report a bug. So i do it here.
In Chapter 3 of OC in Moonwood in description of "Debris" said it is "Docked Drow Boat". I uninstall all workshop items (though all only cosmetic and short rest) and still have this obviously wrong desc of some pile of rocks.

Contacted them months ago, still haven't heard back.

ASSpyer Support??? My question to that is why do you hate gamers so much as everyone knows how terrible they are see KOTOR 2 so called improvements to where you can't even play the game without very advanced programming skill and a non windows 11 computer?
Greetings, Mr. Borisov. I know this update is 2 years old now, so I would like to know if what was said then still holds true today. There seems to be a miscommunication between Aspyr Support and the Volunteer Development Team working on NWN: EE. Aspyr Support has a bug reporting portal, yet the devs on the team solving issues with NWN:EE insist that customers submit bug reports here.[github.com] I don't mean to contradict or conflict with your policy; I would just like to know which policy supersedes the other. Please and thank you.

There is no miscommunication. Aspyr support is there if you want to get help troubleshooting issues.

The Volunteer Development Team is ... volunteer. If you want to see a certain bug fixed, try reporting it to them, and they, based on their goodwill and availability, might look at fixing it.
Copy that, sir. If a bug has been reported to Beamdog in the past before its acquisition by Aspyr Media, will it be stored in Aspyr Support's development repo? Is it safe to say Aspyr Support has a development repo for the games listed in your OP? Please and thank you.

Well, Aspyr is not a developer on those games, we are. They do handle support. But if you're asking about bug reports in particular, in case Beamdog decides to do a patch in the future, for say, an IE game, then no, reports via Aspyr wouldn't help that.
And what about bug reports specially for NWN: EE, sir? Who handles the patching and support on that end? Beamdog or Aspyr? Please and thank you.

Edit: My apologies for the break between questions. I couldn't get to sleep the night before and suddenly found myself crashing that morning. Been having trouble sleeping regularly for the last several days. Got a lot on my mind.

Community volunteer developers continue development of NWN:EE.
So GitHub is the "unofficial" official bug reporting portal for NWN:EE, then? And what of Mr. Trent Oster and Mr. Cameron Tofer, sir? Are they still linked to the company they started almost sixteen years ago in any capacity? I remember that time I pointed out the coincidence of Beamdog's first day of business happening exactly one year after BioWare released 1.69, their final support patch for Neverwinter Nights. I still get a kick out of it.

Please don't reach out to individuals, we already told you that a few years ago when you sent out a DM to Trent via the BD forum.

I wasn't trying to "reach out" to anyone, sir. I was just asking if Mr. Oster and Mr. Tofer are still involved with Beamdog, as it is their brainchild. They started the company, and I was just curious as to what their roles have been since Aspyr Media acquired it. That is all.

I just purchased the Premium Module DLC bundle pack. When I fired up NWN and try to start a new game the Premium Modules are still not there. Still ask me to "Buy" them.

What's going on?
