keep getting stuck in race at 107-110 fps

microstutters and no matter how low or high i put the settings at it keeps on wanted to go back down from 110 fps to 70fps and then back up causing micro stutters. ive tried pretty much everything. game setings, screen size, nvidia control panel, going into the games files themselves. but if anyone has any suggestions im down for it

I don't know how frequently you are facing these stutters but I am facing the same. I get at least one stutter every race, and sometimes multiple in one. Even I haven't found a way to fix this issue.
