On Windows 10 the settings file should be located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\SwarmQueen\Local Store
("AppData" folder might be hidden, but you can type it in manually)

The first 2 numbers in the settings.txt file are the width/height - or if you delete the settings file (or rename it), it should create a new one with default settings when you start the game.

Comment if you still need help!

That's the location on your computer. When you open any folder you should see an address bar on the top, like in a web browser, showing where that folder is located on your computer.

You can copy-and-paste the location into that address bar and press "enter", but replace the words "YOUR USER NAME" with your actual user name.

If you don't know your user name, you can manually open the folders, starting with the C drive, and then "Users", and then there should be 3 folders named "Default", "Public", and whatever your user name is. For example, "John" or "CoolGuy123" or whatever.

Inside your user folder, normally the "AppData" folder is hidden, so I think it's easiest to just copy-paste the whole location into the address bar.

No problem!
1) Did you replace the words "YOUR USER NAME" with your user name? What happens? Does it say something like "windows can't find that, check the spelling"?
2) Can you manually open each folder, starting with "C" (or whatever your main drive is), and then "users", and then the folder for whatever your user name is? The next folder after that would be "AppData", which is probably hidden by default, so that's why just copy-pasting the whole address is easier. But you can also show hidden files by hitting "view" at the top of the window, and checking the "Hidden items" box on the right.
If that's not clear enough, you can also Google something like "how to open app data folder", for some more visual instructions.
