Fatal error

I get a fatal error after trying to run the game for a few minutes.
The message is
'The UE4-ShiftQuantum game has crashed and will...'
can someone help please.?

Sorry for the delay, I have just done a clean install on Windows 10
The machine is an Asus K3E - Intel Dual Core i3-2330M CPU 2.2Ghz (turbo boost to 2.6GHZ)6GB of Ram
GPU - integrated HD card, steam client up to date and all windows updates now on.

I see that you have an integrated card. Unfortunately, as mentionned on our Steam page, the game doesn't support integrated cards. But sometimes it does work. Maybe try to update the drivers. If it doesn't work after that I suggest to ask for a refund.
