Same here, I can't figure it out. Neither can I guy I play with. Some have done it by playing repeatedly, but still have not figure out what is causing this.

Some say it is the bots, some say it is fall damage, and others say it masking gas damage bug. It won't get fixed if the last patch didn't do it. Just speaking from experience. I have officially lost hope in Saber and will not buy any more of their games.

Edit: This is still my favorite zombie game, and it makes me sad to say that about its creators.

A few hours ago I passed again with Dronemaster with the perk that doens't allow to receive any friendly damage.
At the end I had 5 damage.

I know there's a way to cheese it but is not fun to me.
I want to earn it playing. I have passed many times extreme with no visible damage.

All of the above.
And I would also add: no melee, no explosive weapons, no turrets or other defenses.

Just avoid ANY ai action and this with a radius of at least 10 meters. xD
It's not as hard as it sounds.
