Hello, open your Windows Expolorer and write "%appdata%\Galactic Crew" (without quoatation marks) into the address bar and press Enter. All the files starting with "Galaxy" are save games. "Galaxy.fut" is for the first game slot, "Galaxy1.fut" is the second slot and so on.

Well... yes To be fair, that is the point of Roguelike games, so play a game that can be ultimatively lost. You can either use quick save / load, if you are unsure if your next actions will be successful, or you can make local copies of the save games although that is not the idea of the game. :-) By the way, in around two weeks there will be a Closed Alpha for the new game Galactic Crew II and you will be able to play it for free since you already own the first game! You can add feature requests for the new game. So, if you want save game editors, etc. you can request that and players can vote for that.
