Cannot load player profile loop after starting
Pls help (immediately after launch"cannot load player profile"-error loop)
impossible to load or play or I shall have to have refund ...not preferred...
PC version of course

Couple of things you can check try -
In Steam settings for both overall and especially the game specific properties .- If cloud sync disabled -> enable them and vice versa. Basically if steam is trying to load in a saved game / user from the cloud and you dont have one then you get the error.

Also check your AV /firewall isnt blocking the game if using Windows defender try turning off ransomware protection. for the game 1st time start.
Are you able to access "Documents\My Games" and write to it?

Other than that you would be best to ask on the Codemaster support pages on their website.

Hi, there was also such a problem, it was solved by cleaning the memory on the disk where Steam is installed. I had a clogged memory (only 3.31 MB is free) and it couldn't start, look, maybe you have the same
