It never lets me save anywhere..and the ending i got was really stupid...

I have completed all five endings and read on here that to get the true ending, all I need to do is hit play. When I do that, nothing happens. It just starts a new game. Nothing plays and no achievement. I am assuming it's a bug? I'd really like to get the last ending....

any tips on getting this ending?

Got Toxic. As for Go For A Swim, I hit the required points (both what is shown here in discussions and in the guide) but the ending is not changing. It still shows the Moving on ending. I have tried new games and starting from a save.
