Why my MIC doesn´t work???
Anyone know how to fix it?

The first thing to do is go to windows control panel and make sure your chosen mic is set as the default recording device.

2nd thing check in hll -option-audio -test select device......only work when you in game

Because the game's audio engine from Vivox is a buggy POS. To avoid the wrong audio device being selected in your audio settings you can disable all the audio devices that you have no intention of using (so that they don't accidentally become the default somehow).
