New??!! learn the hard way , it doesn't take long, in saying that, its not even hard to learn its just a matter of re-programming how you play "the normal shooter" ie battlefield/COD, nothing is going to hit you differently because your new ,here's a few tips, don't run/gun, find a chatty squad, listen to squad leader, learn how to use/read the map properly , learn your role, if you don't want to much responsibility just go rifleman...all the best

You didn't even read his thread did you...?

Look for servers with names with "New player friendly" or "New players welcomed", etc... They advertise if they are friendly to new players so use the information.

Double check to ensure you've not accidentally installed the PTE version of HLL.

If you've got the correct version installed, check for any server filters that might be causing issues

i had to turn on crossplay.

try look for soulsniped server but you may get high ping depending where you live people there will teach you if you just tell them i'm new to the game
