Issue launching the game
So i've been trying to get the game to work for a couple hours now, whenever I try to launch the game I get the following error:

HLL-WIN64-Shipping.exe- Application Error (0xc000007b)

I thought it could be an issue with Easy Anti-Cheat, but I noticed every other game I have installed that uses EAC launches with zero issues. I'm at a loss as i've also scanned my system files for any corruptions and compatibility issues but it came back finding no issues. I've also restarted my computer multiple times, updated windows, updated drivers, checked if firewall / internet security was somehow blocking it from launching, etc etc. but to no avail.

If you haven't already done so, I'd google "windows error code: 0xc000007b" to see other posts scattered around the on the web for that error code.

If you are running the game on a recent Intel platform I'd make sure your BIOS is up to date otherwise you might run into those issues that made the news last year.

I did a lot of searching for the issue, I've tried pmuch everything that came up for it and nothing's changed the issue.

I checked my BIOS and it is up to date.

I took this screenshot of what my EAC contents look like inside the Hell Let Loose folder. Do I seem to be missing something or is this what it's supposed to look like?

Thank you for sharing your solutions so far!

Could you please send us your DxDiag information - you can do this by following the steps below:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialogue should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Attach the DxDiag.txt file in a reply to this e-mail.

Once we've received this information, we can take a closer look and hopefully help resolve the issue.
