Hey nothing burger,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue! We've moved your thread across to the report a problem forum to help further.

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:
  1. Right-click the game in your library
  2. Go to 'Properties'
  3. Go to the local files tab
  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
If the issue continues after the above steps, so that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
  2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
  3. Click OK
  4. Click Save All Information
  5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
  6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
  7. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
  8. Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply
Once we have this information, we will do our best to further assist you in resolving this matter.

Made another one, with the same DxDiag. The previous link was working for me though. As of now, I just had another closing moment in Hell Let Loose, as of 09/04/2025 10:57 AM GMT-4

Hello there nothing burger,

Thank you for your reply.

Looking at your DxDiag file it appears that your graphics card drivers may be out of date - could you please download and install the latest drivers for your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 card?

To do this please go to the NVIDIA website here:
Nvidia drivers [www.nvidia.com]

If you are still experiencing issues after installing an update, please respond with an updated DxDiag and we will do our best to assist you further.

try to turn off Steam Overlay in the game. My game did the same, turning of overlay fixed it.

So, I turned off Steam Overlay, I managed to play one full match (warfare) without issues, then on the second match, about 20 minutes in, it closed. I wish I could refund Hell Let Loose at this point, it is just unplayable. I feel robbed. Lots of people feel the same.

Hey nothing burger,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We can also see from your DxDiag that you have quite a few Windows errors appearing including a LiveKernelEvent with error code 141 - this is usually indicative of some issues caused by your graphics drivers or RAM.

We would recommend running a memory test check. You can find a few options on how to do this in the following guide,[www.howtogeek.com] though we strongly recommend using MemTest86[www.memtest86.com] for a comprehensive scan of your RAM.

• Please note that MemTest86 can take a while to complete its full scan - the timing is dependent on how much RAM you have on your system.

If you find the issue persists following this or the MemTest didn't highlight any issues with your memory, can you please perform a clean install of your graphics drivers? For steps on how to do this, please see the following article:
Using DDU to perform a Clean Install of your Graphics Drivers.[support.team17.com]

Get back to us when you can!
