RTX HDR Testing?

Curious if anyone has tested the performance impact of RTX HDR on this game? I know it has various performance impacts on different games with some being minimal. It does look great in this game though

Can you explain RTX HDR to me? I saw it in a list of NVidia filters but don't know what it is.

It's basically an AI controlled HDR that looks better than regular windows HDR. It's compatible with RTX supported GPUs
