hi,everyone,been leveling up techs and the achievement poped when i got 1 tech to level 3 but i thought level 5 is the highest,anyone can confirm the highest tech level for me?

I see people talking a lot about Battle Rank... But where do i see it? And... is there any cheats to lower it? I want to play this game chill, i have countless other games to play, so i can't spend too much time in this game even though i want to.

I leveled my characters for a hefty amount of time. After overcoming the initial enemies OP strength, the challenge lessened by each new battle. But after leveling even more, the enemy strength has reemerged. Currenlty, enemies do around of 300 damage to my heavily armored characters with a 1 star attack. Of course all my characters have 999 HP but since the HP is capped but the enemy attack strength seems to know no boundry Im losing more and more battles.
