I tried to play Hitman 2 in 1080p but it's nearly impossible. Framerate drops a lot.
If you want to try modify hitman.ini change the following line...
It pains me a lot because I managed to play Hitman 1 in 1080p but I can't with Hitman 2...

Using Radeon 5870 card. Any suggestions for changing the catalyst setting to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
It only appliest to certain levels. Skipped ahead to future ones, where there's no lighting, and agent 47 is not black. I guess I'll have to stick to D3D render and 1280 x 1024 resolution :)
i also have a HD5870 and used this .ini data and it works great.
just turned on antialiasing, otherwise everything else left like it was pasted.
SM7 have you updated to the new catalyst drivers?
I'm using a Radeon HD 7970M on a Windows 7 64bit system.
