Seems like the default is mouse accel on. Might want to disable it by going to: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\sgzh\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini and adding: [/Script/Engine.InputSettings] bEnableMouseSmoothing=False This improved my experience a lot....
