A new major content and balance update, NOISZ reV3.0, has been released on Windows! This version brings the first part of the conclusion of the NOISZ series, accessible by entering a link code from the mobile game NOISZ STARLIVHT at the ending of NOISZ re:||VERSE, as well as the new Stellar Linkage DLC pack with 4 new songs, bringing wild new patterns and stage gimmicks.

(The Mac version will follow as soon as possible.)

Some long standing bugs and balance problems have been corrected; in particular, players will find that the default Core Module is substantially more powerful than before, but some unintended gameplay strategies are no longer as useful. The old mechanics are mostly preserved in the new "Rusted Core" module. Deprecated scores will be deprioritized on leaderboards, but your hard-earned grades will remain.

The NOISZ series approaches its finale with NOISZ reV3.0. As the first of two parts of NOISZ FINAL, an epilogue chapter to Story D will be unlocked by using a link code from NOISZ STARLIVHT[sl.noiszgame.com]! The entire story of NOISZ SL can be played for free, and is continued alongside the story of NOISZ reV in this epilogue.

Additionally, some changes are being made to realign the game's scoring meta with its original design. Core Module will now function similarly to the Switch version of the game, applying a cap to the player's combo during iframes, and no longer has the "BPM armor" infamous in the community. A new? old? version of Core called "Rusted Core" will preserve the existing behavior, with most existing Core score records becoming Rusted. Rusted scores are ineligible for the leaderboards, and can be overwritten by any score with other modules, but grades obtained previously or after the update with Rusted Core will remain valid.

For the most hardcore players, the existence of a new module means that a new variant of Infinity Style will also appear. What could it be...?

Post update, conditions to reach the game's final extra stage and hidden song D.S. al fine will become easier. The epilogue chapter will also not have a score requirement in the credits game, unlike the post-credits scene which it replaces.

Finally, the new DLC Pack "Stellar Linkage" is also still under development. We're aiming to release it alongside the 3.0 update, but it's possible that it may release shortly after this February's Steam Next Fest, as we're also working on a demo of our next game, PROJEKT GODHAND for the event.

It's been a while, hasn't it...? For NOISZ's 5th anniversary, we've rebuilt the game in GMS2! It's hard to convey just how much effort has gone into this undertaking, so we'll just focus on what that means for everyone else...

In most cases, you can expect substantial performance gains relative to older versions of the game! It's also made it possible to bring back the Mac version, along with a certain other heavily-anticipated port which... isn't quite ready yet for the occasion, but it's coming soon!

Please note that the revamped first-boot sequence (normally shown to new players) will appear for everyone once, so your data is safe!

The demo has also been updated, so prospective players will experience the same changes.

In any case, thank you all for playing NOISZ! I'd say something like "here's to 5 more years", but we're looking to bring the series to its finale soonish. Please look forward to an epic conclusion instead...!?

NOISZ reV2.3 has been released, bringing a number of new accessibility and QoL features, as well as a rewrite of the game's original campaign, NOISZ Ignition!

Updated Story
NOISZ Ignition features tighter writing and connects more seamlessly to its successors, re:||VERSE and STΔRLIVHT. It's an improved experience for newcomers, and worth discovering all over again for veterans!

New Accessibility Functions
Two new assist features have been added: Super Easy mode grants complete invincibility throughout the entire story campaign, while Route Assist automatically selects all dialogue choices which have a significant impact on the story, guaranteeing you the ending of your choice (if your rhythm bullet hell skills are up to the task, at least).

These features will help players struggling with the bullet hell and VN aspects of the game, respectively; Dancer Style, which has been in the game from its initial release, is an assist feature for its rhythm element. Choose to engage with the parts of NOISZ that appeal to you! You can even turn on all three, kick back, and just enjoy the story.

Speedrun Challenges
Another special Story Mode variant Luna Rush has been added, which is all about going fast! But also not dying! Each stage is timed, and to stop the clock, you'll want to reach Overflow as quickly as possible. But you'll permanently have Lunatic Module equipped, causing you to restart the Verse on taking damage! A wild new challenge for our mightiest veterans.

Base Game QoL Updates
Several features included with the re:||VERSE expansion have been backported to the base game! Notably, Style Lab is available, letting you customize your abilities before battle!
