So, I attacked Quantallium in the Depths and took over 2 h2o stations and 1 of their arsenals. Now, I tried making a water route that goes from the Depths to Lighthouse and the Farm to sell them water. I tried just load h2o and then unload sell h2o at the two places. But it seems like my freighters were just trying to buy all the water rather than taking the free one's at my mine.
