Shipyard is not accepting resource (plastics)

Hi!
I have a shipyard inside complex. Now I ordered Phalanx and they say they're waiting for plastics. But complex has no free space to accept it.

You have the complex cargo bay we just fixed. Waiting for the patch in few days, you can apply the workaround I give on this topic :
