* Right click game in steam and select properties
* Select updates tab
* Uncheck enable steam cloud
* Select local files tab
* Click browse local files button
* Navigate to saves folder
* Delete save files
* Start game
* Create characeter
* Exit game
* Renable steam cloud
Shame there's not an actual feature in-game to make a new town, but oh well. Thanks!
I know it's raising years-old post, but I did stumbled upon it while searching for something else.
If it was not the case in 2018, in 2024 and for at least a few years, you can make multiple profiles. Each profile have their own heroes, guild and town progression. You can even duplicate your profile (especially useful if you want to try out mods, but do not want to forfeit achievements possibilities with your main profile).
