Victor went in and did some minor fixes before Outbreak went to EA launch (spring), and once more in the summer. He dedicated a lot of his off time learning source, and trying to fix as many bugs. It is not an easy fix.
In the Fall, I myself added on Player made content onto official servers, increased player count across all official servers.
We have not forgotten. And the plan remains the same as stated in some our announcements.
Once Outbreak is pushed to PSVR, we will hire someone to fix the bugs and re add workshop compatibility. The problem is finding someone knowledgable in Source code.
The new team that is on (myself included, though I'm no programmer), was hired on for Outbreak and are experienced in Unreal Engine 4. Their focus will remain on Outbreak.
