By the way, you can use cheat codes to skip missions, if you'd like.
Now that I have completed the mission I have noticed another glitch, I got over 100 thousand resources for that battle because for some reason it decided that I killed over 10 thousand troops and that plus the scavenger bot research gave me lots of cash.
The game also gave me a popup that said venator alliance ship available or something like that but it didn't show up in my hanger or mainbase lab.
Also armour type costs 0 to upgrade on all aircraft.

Also i've noticed a glitch where the game thinks you are using the ctrl button and every command you issue is given to all units. I would consider this gamebreaking as it makes it impossible to carry out any strategy. (issuing the move all command once fixes it though)

1. How often do you get the control button issue?
2. Does pressing [Control] again (not issuing an army order, just pressing the button) fix it?
3. Are you pressing [Control]+[Tab] to tab in and out of the game?
I think it might be caused by holding the control button when tabbing out of the game. Doing this registers the control button as pressed, but doesn't register the player letting go of the key because the game is tabbed and not in focus. If that's the case, there's a way to fix it, but I want to make sure that's the issue, otherwise it will be added for nothing.
Finally the armour type upgrade is intentionally set to 0 cost, because it doesn't really have any effect. I couldn't figure out what armour type would do as a raw stat. This was replaced by armour types in the Planning phase. I could remove that state but it's a lot more work than it's worth.
If it was too easy, then I think I know how to improve it. By easier I only meant that it shouldn't be required to destroy all the hidden missile silos. Thank you for the screenshot too.
Edit: Just pressing ctrl does work
Thank you for the clarification on what you meant by easier, I was considering suggesting you do that after playing through the mission my self as it was quite tedious, but I figured that was what you had meant by that point anyways.
Fixed the Enemy trap not being removed when killed, instead it stayed in a permanen state of dying, counting as a kill every frame. My game crashed due to it taking too much memory after a while of that happening, not sure why it didn't happen to you.
