Can car/taxi/bus stops function as drop-off only and pick-up only?

I'm planning a setup where I have seperate vehicle stops for arrivals and departures, and was wondering if this was possible

This isn't possible for public transportation. Only for remote gate busses.

The only I will say is that I do have buses drop off away from the car and taxi stops, just because they can cause traffic/pedestrian backups
