Buying "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou"

If I buy the "Hou"-bundle today, do I still have to purchase the remaining episodes when they come out? Or will I get them for a discount at least when they do? I am a little confused on how this bundle work.

You can buy it now as a bundle. Once the next episode comes out and is part of the bundle you can "buy all the episodes in the bundle that you don't own yet" and you'll get the discount.

The bundle itself always gives a small discount though its not the equivalent of a season pass where you get all dlc for free as they release them. You want the future releases of this series you have to buy them as they release but they almost always have a 10% discount on release day.
