In full screen, how do I exit the game? Is there a settings menu so that I can turn off the music or set the resolution?

Not sure if this is just a glitch in my game or what, I'm going to close and reopen the game and see if it keeps occurring, but I had two jack of spades and no jack of clubs in my last session. However, the game recognized one of them as the jack of clubs, which led to me losing a game because I had to just pick one and see if it was the right one. It wasn't, it went to the top stack (which I did not want it to do), and the "You Lose" banner popped up immediately. :/ Anyone else ever see this? Is it a kno...
