I didn't get the achievement for destrying 4 monster camps after I killed way more that four of those groups of 2 enemies that spawn near a campfire. I also didn't get the achievement for clearing a cave after clearing my town's mine and Grrrumble's cave, and didn't get the achievement for clearing a dungeon after I defeated the lich in what looked a lot like a dungeon, so I'm wondering if I'm just misunderstanding the requirements for these achievements or if it's glitched and not triggering...

I'm at the 2/3 part of the quest All dried up, Find the cause of the dry wells. Not sure what to do. Nothing on map and no indication of what to do. Am I missing something?
