As the title said. I tried to make an account a few days ago and, whenever I'd hit the Create Account button (can't remember it verbatim) after entering all of my details I'd get directed to the login page where it said the account info didn't match anything in the system like I'd attempted to log in. I tried this more than once on my actual email and then tried it on an alternate one I have on a different browser to see if it fixed the problem, same thing happened.

I sent in a ticket on the 18th from my main email and waited as I know some people can't reply to emails right away, but I have't gotten a response from anyone in support. Checked all of the different folder it could've been sent to and nothing. Is the team just not able to respond to emails or something? I really wanna switch over to CVR, but I can't since I'm basically locked out of making an account.
