So as I have only been playing a few months, I see regularly CA taking sides of veterans that break the rules quite often, now I have been witness to many of these events, for instance a new player will ask for some Chips, one time in chat and then back seat moderators, who are not CA's will attack them instantly, the rules here as follow:

The rule on begging is - Repeatedly asking/begging for any in-game currency/items
Now as this clearly says REPEATEDLY, does that player not get his one time beg in chat? and many players already attacking him and warning him, which are also in violations, we will get to them later.

I have seen this happen so many times, a new player will ask for some chips get attacked and warned for asking one time, of course there are others whom prolly ask multiple times, or have over the years, but the rules are pretty clear that they are able to do this.

Rule #2 under Disruptions - Excessively writing in ALL CAPS
Some players get away with this all day long, alllllll day long because they're veterans, but if a newer player accidently types once in some caps, hes gets attacked by the back seat moderators again, until a CA arrives and warns him.. but again I see some veterans getting away with this constantly, daily...

Rule #5 under Disruptions - Accusing other players in chat (this should be taken directly to support)
Man have I seen this exploited pretty bad, you will see a veteran be able to target any player or crew they want, get away with it 90% of the time, a newer player of course does not get the same leway as a veteran, but yet they all choose to play the same "free" game here, which getting a deletion or ban over this could easily cause players to find another "free" game, showing your rules are not being enforced properly and only when the situation fits.

Spam/Advertising

I come from Ultima Online, we spam all day long to sell our goods back in the day, and on this game I see some players trying to get their casinos known and other players on this RPG game to visit what they have built and earned, but some get attacked by veterans of this game aswell, to the point it normally becomes drama, because the player is like how am I spamming when I say it once an hour if that? and I tend to agree with them.. its like all their doing is playing the game, correctly at that, its not like their overly spamming SELLING CPS SELLING CPS like some players do, and get no penalty.. right? or the ones that completly spam 5-8 lines in under 3 minutes causing drama, alot of favortisim takes place here, which needs to be tended to I would say.

Anyone playing CasinoRPG must be at least 13 years of age.

People treat this game like children between 4-8 play this game, which it requires you to be of 13 years of age, now is this game made for carebears that all hug and love eachother or is this game about gambling, owning casinos, drinking for EXP and having fun interacting with other players in this RPG. for at times its very hard not to speak out when you see people flip out over simple swear words which everyone in the world will hear, regardless of age, from their friends, school, parents and/or job even. this rule is ineffective and being used improperly.


I have been witness to many things, I don't speak in world chat often and normally only to say hi to people or respond about people selling casinos, as I play the game just to maintain and buy casinos, show them off and have fun with the community. But in the end its hard not to see some drama take place on that left side of the screen at times, disabling it only turns my game into a singleplayer game again and I question why do I need to disable chat on a RPG with a community of players.

Overall you may need to rework your rules or the CA need to stop bending them for veterans, the players that choose to play your game, really should be protected by the rules, not the rules driving them away because of gunslinger CA trying to do what? impress others or just simply exert their authority, as many of the deletions and bannings I have seen the rules have only been violated by many veterans that get limited to no penalties.

I have saved some and I will continue to save more evidence of this and provide some good screenshots later on, specially if you take this seriously and also think your rules are being bent for situational purposes.

Either they need a fix, or the some CA may need to re-read them and understand them better.
