A bit late, but i just got back to this masterpiece ;)

you get them (the Evo Points) whenever your class'es reach LvL 1k, 2k, 3k and the on. Every 1k levels any class of ýou reach!
You can ugrade the worth and amount of points with Ascend Points also!
