If so, what ideas do you have for it? Will be part of this game, or another? Just wondering...

I just bought the soundtrack DLC. Problem is that it won't install and is nowhere to find. Checking and unchecking the box on the game's page or in the properties does nothing, there is no soundtrack folder in the game's folder in steamapps/common, neither does it show up in the library/music section. If I visit the DLC in the store, it doesn't even say that I already own it. Reinstalled game and restarted Steam client as well as computer, didn't help. Any idea what to try out next?...
