I've blamed all deaths on the captain either eating or axing them, and the captain as having killed himself by rope. I haven't gotten any correct, but the achievement still won't trigger. I've tried both with not identifying anyone's identities, and with identifying them with mostly correct identities from what i remembered from the other playthroughs.
