Game Crashes When Entering/Exiting Memory

So I'm having an issue with Return of the Obra Dinn. The game will usually crash whenever I enter/exit a memory, and after that happens, it will crash when I load the game until I verify the integrity of the game files. I've reinstalled the game, restarted my PC, scanned my windows for corrupt files, turned off all other programs, and moved it to my C drive. Here's my error log if it'll help:

EDIT: Now I can't load into my save. It's not crashing because my FPS counter is still changing, but it's just on that dark brown/green-colored screen.

So I'm pretty sure I fixed it. It was because of my antivirus software, Avast. Avast was never giving me any sort of notifications for it, though. But Avast has been giving me troubles lately with a lot of false positives, so I switched to something called Kaspersky. I'ma leave this up in case anyone else was having this problem as well.

Switching my antivirus just made the crashes less frequent. And instead of UnityPlayer.dll, it says KERNELBASE.dll

EDIT Aug8th: So I just ended up getting away with running at as administrator and it just never crashed again. Got all the achievements, so I guess I don't have to worry about this no more. I had tried running it as administrator before, and it had still crashed at some point. If I played it again, I'll always run as administrator just in case. Real fun game, too
