Stuck in a revisited memory with no exit

I found Unholy Captives Part 4, then followed the compass to a second corpse. But instead of viewing that corpse's memory I went back to the first one because I wanted to revisit it. Now I'm in the replay but it hasn't faded out after the music ended and there is no door to leave by. Please help, thanks.

The memories do not fade out when you re-visit them. The exit door for Captives part 4 is at the end of the corridor on the right. https://x0.at/j3mB.png
