You kinda just have to memorize where they spawn and sometimes resort to indirect fire methods, ex. tossing grenades around corners because you'll be instantly killed if you pop out of the corner
Or very carefully inching forward so you can see their arms poking out and shooting them in the arms also works, assuming you don't go too far forward and get spotted by them
Also, get the Cyber Eye if you can, it lets you see through the stealth abilities of Cyber Assassins so you can spot them in the dark and prepare accordingly (Get it back for Gaozhong but do NOT give it back to him, then wait until you get to the Body Shop in Pochutla and you can install it for free. The next time Gaozhong sees you, he will turn hostile though.)
With the occasional regular guys mixed in except they're carrying SMGs or ARs (ex. the Oil Rig being a mix of regular dudes, Baroque, and robotic enemies)
Funnily enough Cyber Knights are less threatening because their rockets are really slow, unlike how bullets/lasers hit instantly. Watch out for the ones carrying actual guns, though. They've got more health than Cyber Assassins.
Oyeah and at one point you gotta defend a relay after you clear out all the Baroque dudes guarding it, but only mutants will attack. Carrion Demons and those Neuro Demons, mostly. Don't let the Neuro Demons exist for too long or they'll just fire a long stream of orbs that can wreck the relay incredibly quickly.
