Once you figure out how to down ninjas semi-reliably, try to get their 3 Second Surprise to take out turrets and other ninjas for you (aka cheese the radial damage).
Dunno what your character is like but maybe some of what I did will help:
The soldier can train you in software so you should be able to unseal the storage room door (need 5, but get 10 for the other rooms).
I used the pistol and glaives on the ninja in there.
Then used a shotgun from the storage room to kill the ninja upstairs after going through the vent.
You can shoot an explosive barrel up there too to take out the turret without it seeing you.
Then you should be able to safely unlock the other doors where you can get more healing and weapons/materials.
In the bedroom you can change your clothing at the big chest and the military gear gives you a defence bonus, there's also a concussion grenade which really helped with the cyber knights (I had to use the editor to move it because it seems unreachable on top of the wardrobe).
I was then able to bullrush and take out the turret downstairs with a rifle, plenty of rags, medkits and food lying around to heal.
There's a Tesla grenade underneath the desk down there which I used to take out the android.
Got lucky with the bridge buty tactic was just to open it, throw all the grenades I had and pray.
