Game loads to menu, but nothing is responding. Fresh install.

Apparently, I can only buy this pack as a gift, since I already own one of the games (Blood Feed). The problem is that I don't think the previous Dinosaur Hunt DLC workaround works anymore, because we can't put games into our inventory anymore. So how can I buy this pack for my own account, any ideas? If it's really not possible to buy this pack for my account, maybe another smaller pack could be created for people in my position? Game does not work at all. Menu displays and is totally broken, will not allow me to select anything on the menu with mouse or keyboard. I can not start game or access settings, or even quit using menu as the menu DOES NOT WORK AT ALL IN ANY WAY! Both this game red wake carnage are broken in exactly the same way. Please fix or tell me how to fix....
