I found a fix on reddit luckily!
Im personally running 13th gen intel cpu. This worked for me. Here is the link with simple steps. Havent noticed any drawbacks either since entering this command into advanced properties with other games like apex and overwatch.

What if I have an AMD processor and it's still crashing??
- Go to System properties
- Environment Variables
Under System variables (bottom half of the screen) Select "New..."
