I have a 4060ti 8GB, Ryzen 5 5700x, 32GB DDR4 3600, and yet I constantly get fps drops down to fps for a tenth of a second every couple seconds for seemingly no reason. I play in 1080p, the utilization for my CPU and GPU seem low, and the stutter occurs no matter how low the settings are. I have verified the game files, tried exclusive full screen, and tried setting the game join to nobody. What's the cause here? This is ridiculous.
