My apologies for the delayed response.
First, I wanted to let you know that we are only able to assist players in English over Steam.
If you wish to continue in your native language, please submit a case via the support website.[ubi.li]
Should you want to continue here, no problem at all :)
Based on what you've written, I understand that you are being asked for a CD key when launching the game.
Please ensure that you are logged in on the correct Ubisoft account that is linked to your Steam and also on which the game has been activated.
If you are still being asked for a key, please try the following steps below:
1. Check no updates are waiting to be downloaded and that Ubisoft Connect is fully updated.
2. Verify the game files[ubi.li] of the game you are trying to launch in both Steam and Ubisoft Connect, to see if this will initiate an update.
3. Run Ubisoft Connect with admin rights[ubi.li]
4. Back up your save and game files[ubi.li] then Clear the Ubisoft Connect launcher cache.[ubi.li]
5. Reinstall[ubi.li]Ubisoft Connect.
Please let us know if that resolved the problem, and you can now launch the game.
